Smiles of Naperville is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist who desires to be more than just a staff member. We are looking for a true clinical co-provider and co-therapist to work alongside our dentists. In this role, you will co-diagnose, educate, and provide high-level periodontal care to a wonderful patient base. We are a privately owned office that rejects the "corporate" feel. We believe that a hygienist’s contribution is vital to patient health, and we foster an environment where you are never treated as a "cleaning lady" but as a valued medical professional. Valid State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Strong clinical skills in periodontal therapy and preventative care.

Job Description
Act as a clinical co-therapist in diagnosing and treating periodontal disease.
Provide comprehensive patient education to empower individuals in their oral health journeys.
Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing with precision.
Utilize modern dental equipment and technology to deliver high-quality care.
Collaborate with the dentist on comprehensive treatment planning.
Maintain detailed patient records and adhere to all safety and sterilization protocols.

Monday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
