Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None The Opportunity CACI is seeking a senior lead frontend software engineer to join the PGMM team—a program enabling planning, scheduling, and real-time situational awareness across a global user base. PGMM operates 90% in an unclassified environment and offers a hybrid work model. The team of 30+ professionals is distributed between Chantilly, VA, and Denver, CO, operating within an Agile SAFe framework across three development teams. Responsibilities Leadership Lead a team of engineers to develop scalable UI applications supporting hundreds of worldwide users. Work with senior leadership to plan, develop and monitor complex capabilities. Mentor junior developers. Agile and Cross-Functional Collaboration Operate within an Agile SAFe framework supporting multiple product development sprints. Partner with engineering, security, and software teams to align operations with mission outcomes. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team technical reviews. Support backlog management by prioritizing system requirements and technical debt resolution. Facilitate communication between developers and end-users to ensure efficient delivery cycles. Provide input on system requirements, architecture decisions, and infrastructure design. Contribute to automation strategies that streamline CI/CD pipelines. Drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within Agile workflows. System Maintenance and Reliability Maintain 24/7 operational readiness of the PGMM system to support mission-critical functions. Execute proactive performance monitoring, system tuning, and fault resolution. Conduct full lifecycle patching, configuration, and optimization of system environments. Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. Documentation and Reporting Develop and maintain system documentation including training and user guides. Track system configuration changes, versioning, and release management details. Maintain a centralized repository of technical documentation accessible to authorized users. Create user guidance materials to support onboarding and operational continuity. Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Minimum of 10 years developing front end applications. B.S. in software engineering or related technical field. Experience with React UI Framework. Security+ or equivalent certification. What You Can Expect A culture of integrity. Pay Range There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
