Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.

As an Nscaler, you’ll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.

About the Role

We're hiring a Workflow Builder to design, build, and own the data infrastructure and workflows that power Nscale's operations. You'll define the roadmap, architect solutions across Palantir Foundry, and ensure every team — from the C-suite to the factory floor — makes decisions backed by the right data. This is a rare opportunity to shape the operating system for a high-growth AI infrastructure company, spanning functions across Infrastructure, Product, Finance, Commercial, People, and Operations. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution — distilling the most valuable workflows from complex inputs and translating them into production-grade systems that scale.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end enterprise data and application roadmap, from use-case identification through to production rollout
• Implement standards for data ingestion, pipeline orchestration, semantic modeling, and governance across analytics systems
• Manage canonical data models, ontologies, RBAC, and access frameworks
• Integrate operational and AI systems into a unified data fabric, with feedback loops to track performance and reliability
• Drive platform adoption through onboarding, documentation, and self-service tooling
• Contribute to the internal Palantir Center of Excellence, including vendor engagement

Who You Are

• 5+ years in data engineering across fast-moving environments
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript; experienced with Git
• Required: hands-on experience deploying and building in Palantir Foundry
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous briefs into shipped, adopted products
• Comfortable working across all levels of an organization
