Operating Room Registered Nurse

Call for Salary Rate - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse to provide exceptional perioperative care in a dynamic surgical environment. The role involves performing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing duties, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare patients for surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Operate and monitor the Da Vinci Robot system during minimally invasive surgeries. Assist surgeons with complex orthopedic procedures, including total joint replacements. Maintain sterile environments and ensure proper infection control practices. Provide postoperative care and patient education to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless workflow and patient safety. Qualifications: Hold a valid RN license with active registration. Demonstrate at least 2 years of OR nursing experience. Have hands-on experience operating the Da Vinci Robot system. Possess strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures, including total joint replacements. Exhibit excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
