Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, performing tasks such as medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Participate in delivering patient education and support to residents and families

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida

  1 year of experience

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
