EHS Manager

Job Description - Own and drive EHS strategy across 4 sites (Mineral Wells, Greensboro, and 2 CA locations) - Balance strategic initiatives (~60%) with hands-on shop floor presence (~40%) - Develop and conduct safety training programs (orientation, emergency response, awareness) - Maintain OSHA documentation and ensure compliance with regulations - Lead investigations into safety incidents, near misses, and first aid cases - Perform regular safety audits and implement corrective actions - Manage workers comp and insurance programs - Drive risk prevention initiatives (hazmat, ergonomics, fire safety, etc.) - Partner with finance on budgeting and cost control - Oversee facilities and maintenance operations to ensure safe environments - Lead and develop a team of 6 (3 EHS professionals, 3 interns) This role is roughly 130K salary with 12.5% bonus We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
