TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg/Tele Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Night and Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1 year of combined permanent experience in specialty required. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact license required at time of submission. Certifications: - BLS - ACLS - NIHSS Must-Have: - 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for. - Must work at least every other holiday. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate completion required during orientation. Description: Registered Nurse in Med/Surg Tele unit. Potential to float to other units to care for the same patient population. Rotating shifts may be required to meet the operational needs of the facility. Must have a Permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand. Two attempts maximum to pass assessments during orientation; otherwise, cancellation may occur. All required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission. A reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty is required for submission. Exemption may exist for nicotine-free facility requirements. Must complete background checks and comply with all facility policies to ensure safety and compliance. Modules will be required as part of ongoing education and compliance requirements.
