SUPERVISORY AUDITOR

Job Duties
The candidate selected for this position will:
- Direct, plan, and manage data review and validation audits of participant databases to verify the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used for benefit calculations and financial reporting.
- Provide oversight and quality review of work performed by federal and contractor staff; ensure compliance with OBA policies, procedures, and audit quality standards; recommend corrective actions and procedure enhancements.
- Provide supervisory direction to staff; plan and assign work; set priorities and schedules; resolve work problems; develop performance standards; evaluate performance; and identify training and developmental needs.
- Represent the Branch, Division, and Department in meetings, task forces, and briefings; provide authoritative advice and guidance; and gains acceptance of recommendations involving participant data review and validation activities.
