Senior Immigration Attorney $120000 - $160000 per year | Seattle, WA | Hybrid | Permanent Boutique Law Firm Seeks Talented Associate Attorney A bit about us: A growing immigration law firm with offices in Kent and Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Attorney to join its expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with significant removal defense and EOIR litigation experience who is looking to handle complex immigration matters while providing leadership and mentorship to a team of immigration attorneys. Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Significant immigration law experience, preferably with substantial removal defense experience. Strong EOIR/Immigration Court litigation experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex immigration cases from intake through resolution. Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and courtroom skills. Previous experience mentoring, supervising, or managing other attorneys preferred.
