Senior Full Stack Developer - Soccer Tech

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 5+ years of professional experience building full-stack web and/or native applications.
• We have solid working knowledge of React and the modern React ecosystem.
• We are highly proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• We have hands-on experience building backends with Node.js.
• We are comfortable owning a feature from implementation through deployment.
• We are proficient with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, agents, or similar modern workflows.
• We are interested in AI-native development workflows, agents, and software automation.
• We have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• We can work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• We are comfortable helping organize and coordinate technical efforts across multiple projects and contributors.
• We have strong problem-solving skills and can operate effectively in a startup-style environment.
• Nice to have: Experience with Expo or React Native.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with relational or document databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Nice to have: Exposure to cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or similar.
• Nice to have: Experience working with external vendors or distributed development teams.
• Nice to have: Passion for soccer, sports, gaming, or interactive experiences.

• We build and maintain features end-to-end across our web and native applications.
• We collaborate with design, product, and engineering to move features from specification to production.
• We write clean, well-tested TypeScript across the frontend and backend.
• We participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• We ship regularly, learn from production feedback, and iterate quickly.
• We use AI-assisted development tools and modern workflows to improve speed and productivity.
• We help coordinate technical work across internal and external development contributors.
• We improve software organization, documentation, workflows, and technical visibility across projects.
• We contribute to evolving our development process toward a more AI-first and automation-driven approach.
• We explore how AI agents, automation, and modern tooling can improve development speed, QA, support, and operational efficiency.
