Executive Producer

We’re working with an established international post production studio looking to appoint an Executive Producer to lead its New York operation. This is a senior leadership role with a particular focus on Colour, alongside a broader understanding of integrated post production across VFX, finishing, motion and stills. We’re looking for someone who can lead the studio on the ground, develop its people and client relationships, and take ownership of its culture, commercial performance and future direction. The Role / Lead the New York studio across people, production, client relationships and commercial performance. / Develop the Colour offering alongside broader capabilities across VFX, finishing, motion and stills. / Build and maintain relationships with directors, photographers, agencies, production companies and brands. / Support and develop artists, producers and wider studio talent. / Take ownership of studio culture, creating an ambitious, collaborative environment. / Oversee commercial performance, bidding, budgets, resourcing and delivery. / Work closely with international leadership across creative, operational and commercial priorities. / Help shape how new technologies and emerging workflows are adopted across the studio. About You / Established Executive Producer or senior post production leader with a strong background in Colour. / Broader experience across integrated motion, VFX, finishing and ideally stills production. / A strong understanding of luxury, fashion and beauty, both in terms of the work itself and established client relationships across these sectors. / Proven experience leading teams, developing talent and managing studio performance. / A clear point of view on emerging technology, including AI, and how it can meaningfully support creative work, production and studio development. / Commercially aware, with the confidence to balance creative ambition and business performance. / A natural leader who understands the importance of culture, relationships and creative standards.
