Executive Director, Regulatory Affairs Liaison

Role: Executive Director, Regulatory Affairs Liaison in General Medicine, leading global regulatory strategy for ophthalmology programs. Responsibilities: develop and oversee global regulatory plans for retinal disease indications, manage and mentor a team of Global Regulatory Leads, ensure regulatory deliverables (submissions, labels, study protocols) meet objectives, and represent the company externally in regulatory matters. Qualifications: B.S./M.S. with 12+ years or MD/PhD/PharmD with 9+ years drug development experience, including at least 7 years in regulatory affairs; proven success in NDA/BLA approvals; strong communication and leadership skills. High-Value: ophthalmology and retinal disease programs, U.S. and global regulatory scope, 10% travel, hybrid work setup.
