Occupational Therapist
Centra Rehabilitation Hospital
Centra Rehabilitation Hospital seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in our mission-driven, patient-first environment. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and safety. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians to optimize outcomes. This on-site role offers robust clinical resources, professional development, and the opportunity to impact community health through compassionate, high-quality care.
