Sign‑on bonus : $10,000 available for external candidates with a minimum of 2 years RN experience. Location : Baylor Scott & White – Lake Pointe, Rowlett, TX. Unit : Emergency Department – Level 3 Trauma center. Patient population : Pediatric, Adult, Geriatric. Patient ratio : 1:4–5. Number of beds : 20. Shift : Full‑time nights. Experience required : Minimum of 2 years of true, recent Emergency Department RN experience. Unit highlights Average 100 patients per day; 20–30 EMS ambulances arrive daily.
