Essential Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES Actively develop new business in assigned regions and implement measures to exploit market potential Competently support customers and Sales Reps / distributors in technical questions and applications Independently negotiate with customers and Sales Reps / distributors within corporate guidelines Extensive business travel to promote Hermle products to customers in designated area Periodic overseas travel to Germany for training, maintaining product knowledge and customer visits Attendance at trade shows and open houses Self-motivating home office-based working Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
