Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying their financial goals and developing tailored strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on insurance products, investments, and retirement planning.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and manage your pipeline effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses are preferred or must be obtained shortly after hiring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to client confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese is preferred but not required
• Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must
• Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required
• Relationship management skills are required
