The Assistant Nurse Manager promotes and advocates for patients, nurses / colleagues and the practice of nursing as defined by clinical area of expertise & assignment. What the Assistant Nurse Manager will need:

What the Assistant Nurse Manager will need:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as regular Charge Nurse or Assistance Head Nurse on a nursing unit.
- Strong leadership traits, experience with staffing, scheduling, and strong communication skills
- Registered Nurse License in the State of Florida
- BLCS Certification
- Holds associates accountable on meeting expectations for standards of excellence
