Job Description Senior Project Manager — Mechanical Construction (HVAC & Plumbing) We are recruiting for a well-established, mid-sized mechanical contractor based in DFW with over 40 years in the market. Specializing in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal fabrication for commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects. Their work is rooted in design-build and design-assist delivery, supported by modern CAD/BIM tools and a strong safety culture. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role owns execution — scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety — while driving strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams. What You’ll Do Manage multiple full-scope mechanical construction projects Lead Project Engineers and Superintendents Oversee contracts, schedules of values, budgets, and cost codes Coordinate with field leadership to plan and execute work Manage material, equipment, and subcontract procurement Review and submit billings, pay applications, and change orders Partner with design teams on design-build projects Ensure safety compliance across all assigned projects Drive project closeout and retainage recovery What We’re Looking For 6 years of mechanical construction project management experience w/ project sizes to $5million Experience leading Project Manager & Project Engineers Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems Design-build/design-assist experience Financial acumen and cash-flow management skills Proficiency & experience w/construction & accounting software (Timberline/Sage, MS Office, CAD/BIM) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base generous incentive plan 401(k) Match Medical, dental, vision Paid time off (3 weeks to start) & work life balance 40-50 hours per week Car Allowance & Company laptop & cell phone #J-18808-Ljbffr KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing
