Our Physical Therapy teams work in a structured outpatient orthopedic environment with manageable patient volumes, dedicated PTA and administrative support, and close access to orthopedic providers. The goal is simple: give clinicians the resources and backing they need to focus on high-quality patient care without the pressure of a high-volume clinic model.

Job Details

What You'll Be Doing

* Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient orthopedic treatment plans.
* Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise based on each patient's needs and progress.
* Adjust treatment plans as needed while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with PTAs, orthopedic providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated patient care.

Skills You Need

* Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts.
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
* Outpatient experience is preferred, but not required.
