Senior Cellular Genomics Scientist - Data QC & Workflows
Scorpion Therapeutics
Scorpion Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA is seeking a genomics data analyst to perform upstream data processing, QC, and troubleshooting of sequencing runs and metadata. You will apply bioinformatics workflows for QC, interpretation, and reproducible reporting, generating QC summaries and figures for integrated genomic readouts. You will also support experimental design, benchmark new workflows, and execute wet-lab steps as needed, while onboarding others and staying current with single-cell and #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
