The Maintenance Technician will help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Competitive pay Starting rate negotiable based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, sick, holiday, and personal time Tuition reimbursement Career advancement opportunities Employee referral bonus program Comfortable and supportive work environment Employee appreciation and recognition programs Free on-site parking Supportive management and administration team Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the facility Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders Maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other facility areas Assist with heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems Maintain and repair doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, and other equipment Perform routine safety and facility inspections Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Follow all facility safety policies and applicable regulations Work with outside contractors and service providers when needed Assist with emergency maintenance situations as required Qualifications Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field preferred General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to perform physical maintenance duties and safely use hand and power tools Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently Strong communication and organizational skills Healthcare or senior living facility experience is a plus Ability to work effectively as part of a team Schedule Full-Time Schedule to be discussed during interview Weekend, holiday, or on-call availability may be required Cadbury at Cherry Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
