Triage Registered Nurse (RN)

To support patient care remotely, the full-time Triage Registered Nurse (RN) will assess patient needs telephonically, determine appropriate care levels, and provide education and follow-up instructions while collaborating with healthcare providers. Key responsibilities: Utilizes established protocols to assess patient needs and develop care plans Prioritizes patient interactions based on acuity and implements strategies to enhance patient safety Maintains accurate clinical records and communicates patient information effectively to the healthcare team Required qualifications: Registered Nurse license in the state of practice Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent knowledge Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience, preferably in ED or Urgent Care Proficient in technology and multiple documentation systems Ability to work every 4th weekend and holiday rotation
