Front Desk Receptionist

CHP Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Responsibilities are answering phones, greeting guests, and assisting with referral intake, filing, copying, typing, and other office projects. This is a part-time position with potential for full-time. Daytime hours, Monday – Friday at our corporate office in Van Wert. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor Manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate staff members or departments Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain patient records and schedules Handle administrative duties such as filing and faxing Requirements Reliable, professional, courteous and patient Proven experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in healthcare Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Maintain HIPAA confidentiality Great attitude, coachable Punctual, on time daily and dependable Company Overview CHP Home Care & Hospice is a nonprofit home health and hospice organization with 10 locations serving 15 counties in northwest and west central Ohio.
