Reference: BBBH117058_1785346721General Manager - Ontario, CanadaAre you a General Manager with underground mining experience?Are you an honest, visible and hands-on leader who operates with integrity, transparency and accountability?An established gold producer is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its underground mining operation in Ontario.The site currently produces approximately 200k tonnes per year and employs a team of 250-300 people. The General Manager will have full responsibility for the entire value chain, including underground mining, processing, maintenance, technical services, safety, people, costs and operational performance.We are looking for:Previous experience as a General Manager of an operating mineStrong underground hard-rock mining experienceProven ability to lead the complete mining and processing value chainExperience managing a large, multidisciplinary site workforceAn honest, visible and hands-on leader who operates with integrity, transparency and accountabilityThis is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of a producing underground operation and lead its continued development.Please get in touch for a confidential discussion.
