Job Specifications Starting wage: $16.90/hr – $18.45/hr. If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed minimum $20/hr, inclusive of tips. Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift type: Full Time and Part Time, hours available Minimum age: 18 years of age Housing availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Make connections with guests and co-workers. Share our passion for the mountains during service. Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting. Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests. Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly. Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday. Ski or snowboard after work (optional + location dependent). Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements No formal experience is necessary; we will teach you all the necessary skills. Desire to learn and grow. Must be able to communicate fluently in English. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs. The expected pay range is $16.90/hr – $18.45/hr.
