Shift Leader: Guest Experience & Operations

Thorntons is seeking a Shift Leader to act as the on-shift leader in the absence of store management, overseeing safety, cash handling, inventory and vendor check-ins while coordinating tasks. You will train team members on standard practices, food safety, and guest service, coach staff, uphold Thorntons Core Values, and ensure tasks are prioritized and completed across 1st–3rd shifts with a focus on delivering a craveable guest experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thorntons
