Production Line Assistant

Automation Personnel Services is seeking dependable and motivated Production Line Assistant to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling products, components, and materials according to company specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

$13:00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 PM (OT is available and required)

Production Line Assistant – Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and assembly of products according to established procedures and company standards.
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects or quality issues.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products throughout the production area.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages to the supervisor.
• Meet daily production, quality, and attendance expectations.

Production Line Assistant – Qualifications

• Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn and safely operate basic production equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required for the position.
