Assistant Project Manager (Engineering)

Job Description Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing across a range of structural systems and materials. Develop and manage 3‑D structural models and BIM documentation. Produce complete, accurate construction documents and calculation packages. Coordinate with architects and engineers across multiple disciplines throughout the project lifecycle. Review submittals and RFIs and conduct field observations and inspections as needed. Support project budgeting, scheduling, billing, and closeout activities. Represent the firm professionally in client meetings, coordination meetings, and on‑site visits. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in a structural engineering environment. Proficiency in BIM and structural analysis software. Expert knowledge of applicable building codes and industry design standards . Strong technical writing and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver quality work on schedule. A team‑oriented mindset with an interest in developing leadership skills. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Engineering licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.
