PUMP HAND Summary Responsible for troubleshooting, installing and maintaining line shaft and submersible turbine pumps, as well as, well rehabilitation in agricultural, industrial, municipal and mining environments. Responsibilities
- Installation and removal of line shaft and submersible turbine water well pumps
- Demonstrate ability to perform pump work in safe and efficient manner
- Trouble shoot well and pump problems
- Maintain detailed records-daily work, vehicle and safety reports
- Communicate effectively with supervisor, crew and customer
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2 or more years experience
- Experience in all phases of commercial, industrial and municipal well work including turbine and submersible pump work/well rehabilitation
- Welding, electrical and construction knowledge and experience are helpful
- Must have good driving record
- Class "A" license preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
