Their mission is to help seniors remain independent and continue living in their communities for as long as possible by providing an all-inclusive solution that combines healthcare, support services, and insurance coverage. With a growing senior population and increasing demand for comprehensive senior care, there is significant opportunity to expand awareness and connect more eligible seniors with the program. Role Overview As a Healthcare Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding reach within the community. Your primary responsibility will be to connect eligible seniors and their families with the PACE program, raising awareness of its benefits and fostering strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. This is a highly field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused primarily on B2B community outreach and referral development. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with high-value referral sources, including hospitals, discharge planners, caseworkers, senior centers, medical specialists, senior living communities, veteran organizations, and other community partners. Once referrals are generated, you will meet with prospective participants and their families in person to educate them on the program, determine eligibility, and guide them through the next steps toward enrollment. Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $130K+ Year 1 OTE Mission-Driven Sales: Help seniors access comprehensive care that can allow them to remain independent in their communities Huge Growth Opportunity: A growing senior population means more individuals aging into the program and increased demand for PACE services Established National Organization: Join one of the largest PACE providers in the U.S. with operations across multiple states Exciting Time to Join: New leadership, renewed investment, and a strong focus on improving and growing the organization True Field Sales: Spend your time in the community developing referral partnerships rather than sitting behind a desk Strong Benefits: Full health benefits, 401(k), education reimbursement, PTO, paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement No Overnight Travel: Local territory with no overnight travel required outside of initial training Internal Growth: Opportunity to grow within a large, expanding healthcare organization What You'll Be Doing Prospect throughout the community to identify and develop new referral sources Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, caseworkers, medical specialists, senior centers, senior living communities, churches, food banks, veteran organizations, and other community partners Conduct consistent in-person visits, follow-ups, presentations, and community outreach activities Identify which referral sources are most productive and strategically prioritize your time and efforts Represent the organization at community events and partner meetings to increase awareness and generate referrals Meet with referred seniors and their families in person to educate them on the PACE program and its benefits Understand each prospective participant's needs and explain how the program can improve their quality of life Pre-qualify prospective participants based on age, income, and program eligibility requirements Maintain accurate notes and ensure a smooth handoff to the Enrollment team Requirements 1-4+ years of B2B healthcare sales, community outreach, or referral development experience Experience in home health, hospice, SNF, acute rehab, MedTech, medical insurance, DME, or a related healthcare environment required Must have true B2B sales experience with the ability to prospect, develop relationships, and generate new business/referrals Experience working with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, or other healthcare referral sources is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree required Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfortable spending the majority of your time in the field meeting with referral sources and prospective participants Spanish-speaking strongly preferred Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and patient eligibility is a plus Passion for serving the senior population and making a meaningful impact in the community Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable hunting for new opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
