Senior Cost Accounting AnalystSalary: 80,000-100,000 Location: Dadeland, FL – In OfficeWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Gain direct exposure to Finance leadership and cross-functional teams (Inventory, Supply Chain, Operations)Play a critical role in a rapidly expanding, innovative healthcare companyBuild deep expertise in inventory accounting within a global product environmentHands-on involvement in audits, month-end, and financial reporting—accelerate your technical growthOpportunity to work with ERP systems and strengthen advanced Excel and data analysis skillsHigh-impact role where your insights influence inventory strategy and financial accuracyCollaborative, team-driven culture with strong operational visibilityExposure to process improvements and system enhancements as the company scalesKey Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting Analyst:Maintain and analyze inventory costing to ensure accurate valuationReconcile inventory sub-ledger to general ledger accountsAnalyze and resolve inventory variances in a timely mannerSupport month-end close and year-end audit activitiesManage cycle counts and assist with quarterly inventory auditsTrack and validate field inventory and related transactionsQualifications for the Senior Accounting Analyst:4-7 years of experience in an analyst role, cost/inventory experience preferredStrong ERP system experience (Great Plains or Business Central a plus)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
