Overview Registered Nurse - Emergency Room travel assignment in Hanford, California. Start date August 17, 2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,008–$2,169. Guaranteed hours: 48 per week. Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ER patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and adjust care as needed.
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff; delegate duties and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care and patient responses in EPIC and Cerner; collaborate on discharge planning and provide education to patients and families.

Requirements

• Current RN license in California (state of practice) or eligibility to practice in the state
• BLS certification from an approved vendor; ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
• EPIC and Cerner experience required
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience
• BSN preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced ER environment
