Call Center Analyst

Job Summary $3,861.00 - $6,276.00 per Month. New to State candidates will be hired at the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, the Analyst I performs a variety of analytical, administrative, and program support duties in support of Call Center operations by responding to incoming calls and completing case management tasks. Responsibilities Assist with data tracking, reporting, quality control, system monitoring, and documentation. Provide training support and customer service activities. Serve as a backup to higher-level analysts, applying established procedures and guidelines while developing knowledge of Call Center operations. Working Conditions Office located in Rancho Cordova with hybrid work schedule: two onsite days per week at the headquarters. Requires heat and navigation. Occasional travel to off‑site meetings, conferences, or training sessions. Work environment is fast paced; requires flexibility, good time management, and effective prioritization. Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
