Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Colfax, NC AreaPay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experienceSchedule: Monday–Friday, 25–29 hours per weekFlexible Hours: Start time is 8:00am - WE CAN OFFER FLEXIBILTY ON SCHEDULE AND END TIME!Assignment: Temporary position through the end of the yearA well-established beverage distribution company in the Colfax, SC area is seeking an organized and dependable Part-Time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and assist with customer requestsHandle daily deposits, deposit reports, and delivery route paperworkProcess accounts payable invoices using DocuWareProcess house account orders and schedule Club orders through EncompassEnter data and prepare spreadsheets and reports for managementCoordinate in-house and DOT drug testing and maintain required documentationContact employees regarding annual documents, including driver’s licenses, vehicle insurance, and DOT medical cardsCoordinate employee uniform orders and invoicing with the Payroll DepartmentOpen and route incoming mail, respond to correspondence, and maintain office filesOperate computers, copiers, scanners, and other standard office equipmentFollow all company policies and proceduresComplete additional administrative duties as assignedQualificationsAt least one year of administrative or office experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordExperience with Encompass or DocuWare is a plusStrong customer service, data-entry, and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and complete work promptly and accuratelySelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionReliable transportationAbility to pass a background check, credit check, and motor vehicle record checkPhysical RequirementsThis position regularly requires sitting, speaking, hearing, and computer use. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, reach, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
