Medicaid & SNAP Eligibility Case Manager II

The Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) seeks an Eligibility Specialist to determine financial and technical eligibility for Delaware residents in Medicaid State Plan programs and SNAP. You will manage a high-volume caseload, complete initial determinations, annual redeterminations, and respond to inquiries from applicants and providers.
