Lawncare Professional OpportunityWe are running light on our crew size and are looking to add a few talented lawncare professionals to our team! We typically stay busy through the holidays and then maintain many local commercial and residential snow accounts during lay off season. We pride ourselves on quality work, tailored to the customer's needs, creating a space they will love for years to come!Responsibilities:Work efficiently with a team to complete tasks on time, following guidance provided by foremanProperly use PPE, maintain a safe and clean worksiteOperate and maintain landscaping tools such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.Reports for work at designated location on time each dayCommunicate with clients as needed to ensure job satisfactionKeep accurate time sheet records for billingAlways represent the company's best interest, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalismPhysical Demands:Work with hand tools, power tools, small engine and heavy equipmentLift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly through an entire work shiftWork in a fast-paced work environmentWork safely near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basisWork outdoors in various weather conditions performing manual laborRequirements:Previous landscape experience preferredValid drivers license, must have a clean driving record when operating company vehicles.CDL is a plus.Eager to learn to installations process for hardscape applications and landscape vegetationHighly motivated and detail oriented, ensuring a high-quality final productBenefits:Medical, Dental & Vision InsurancePTO / Paid Holidays401k Retirement Plan with Company MatchAnnual boot/clothing coupon after first yearOvertime during season (typical work week 50+ hours)CDL & med card reimbursement program
