Service Advisor

Dearth Automotive (GMC) in Monroe is seeking a customer service focused individual to take on our Service Advisor role! Responsibilities include excellent customer service and working closely with the service team on all repairs. Excellent benefits offered. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive work environment and a growing dealer group!Responsibilities:Create a positive initial contact with service customersEnsure that all service phone calls are handled professionally and expedientlyWork closely with the Service team and manager to schedule service repairsPerform additional duties as required by the Service ManagerPerform all required tasks in accordance with company Standard Operating ProceduresPrimary Duties:Open work ordersDiscuss service issues with customer and create an accurate description of customer's service problems and requestsDetermine method of payment and explain payment requirements to customer before work commencesMaintain communication with customer as necessary during the repair processMaintain knowledge of OEM and vendor warrantiesClose repair ordersRequirements:Ability to work in a dealership environment with frequent exposure to weather elementsWillingness and ability to work up to 12 hours per day as requiredAbility to sell service workAbility to work with customers in a variety of situationsGood writing and communication skillsSufficient computer skillsAbility to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and or lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis #J-18808-Ljbffr Mag Motors Monroe Llc
