  • 70% of linehaul revenue
  • 86% of the fuel surcharge (FSC)

  • Weekly settlements

Our revenue-sharing model gives you the opportunity to maximize your earnings while maintaining the independence of operating your own business.

Independent Contractors enjoy access to:

  • Consistent refrigerated freight
  • Premium customer freight
  • Long-haul and regional opportunities
  • Reliable year-round freight network
  • Driver-friendly dispatch

Our goal is simple: keep your truck moving and your business profitable.

  • Access to WEL's established customer network
  • Professional operations support

Schedule & Flexibility

As an Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility that comes with running your own business while operating under mutually agreed-upon dispatch commitments.

You'll have the freedom to manage your operation while partnering with a carrier committed to helping you succeed.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Owner-operator or qualified Independent Contractor
  • Ability to operate under WEL's Independent Contractor agreement
  • Professional attitude and commitment to customer service
  • Safe driving record
  • Willingness to accept agreed-upon dispatch and freight commitments
