At Elliott & Associates , we're looking for a client-focused Legal Assistant to join our Community Association Team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients-guiding them through the property tax appeal process with confidence, clarity, and care.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
• Act as the main point of contact for community association clients, building trust through consistent, professional communication
• Guide clients through the property tax appeal process, ensuring they always know what's next
• Respond to client inquiries with urgency and empathy ( goal: within 24 hours )
• Prepare, review, and manage legal and client-facing documents
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and case management systems
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, analysts, and internal teams to gather required information and deliver strong client outcomes
• Track communications, deadlines, and workflow to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Support business growth by nurturing relationships and helping convert qualified inquiries into long-term clients

Qualifications
• 5+ years of administrative support, legal assistant, or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to be a self-starter and prioritize tasks independently
• Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems or databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred: Experience with property management, community associations, or legal environments
