Join a company that invests in you from day one./ph3What You Will Do/h3ulliTraining and development of warehouse staff by teaching and enforcing SOPs/liliResponsible for stock chaser/ Equipment training and Certification safety and operation./liliProvide the company tour to new employees/liliResponsible for Evaluate / Audit employees in training and communicate issues ASAP./liliIdentify training needs and communicate them to the training coordinator/liliTroubleshoot issues with tablets./liliDocument the training by completing all required paperwork/liliPerform other duties as assigned/liliAct professionally and remain focused while working/liliSafely operate all warehouse equipment/liliPerform cleaning activities as required/liliFollow and promote all safety rules, maintain a safe warehouse./liliMaintain a positive attitude/liliAdditional responsibilities as assigned by management/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliMust be in good standing/liliExcellent attendance and performance/liliTraining experience of 2 years in a team-oriented workplace, preferred./liliGood interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills/liliAbility to communicate and explain processes effectively/liliAbility to read and speak English/liliAbility to coach and develop team members to achieve company goals/liliBasic computer skills/liliPeople oriented/liliDetail oriented/liliAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment/liliFlexible schedule and ability to work overtime when required/liliBilingual preferred but not required/li/ulh3Protective Equipment Required/h3pMust be able to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment./ph3Physical Demands/h3pIn performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs.
