Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments that include detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and symptom reviews to ensure accurate diagnosis of dermatological conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and medical statuses of each patient, working closely with the supervising dermatologist.
• Perform a wide array of dermatological procedures such as bacterial, viral, and fungal cultures, skin biopsies (shave, punch, excisional), complete skin examinations, and cryosurgery.
• Educate and counsel patients regarding preventive care measures, health promotion strategies, and management of dermatological conditions.
• Collaborate with the supervising dermatologist and other healthcare professionals to coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure continuity of services.
• Maintain precise and organized patient records using electronic medical record systems, adhering to coding and billing requirements while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and make necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes based on clinical observations and patient feedback.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and seminars to keep abreast of the latest advancements in medical dermatology.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills; approach all patient interactions with empathy, particularly catering to those with less access to healthcare or medical knowledge.
• Handle a patient volume of 20-30 patients daily while maintaining high standards of care in an energetic environment.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring the utmost respect for patient privacy.

Compensation and Benefits

Skin Rejuvenation Specialists offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
