Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care during surgical procedures within a Level III Trauma facility.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to evidence-based practices and sterile technique standards.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple surgical specialties, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Robotics.
• Facilitate efficient surgical workflow and document all aspects of care accurately.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to maintain a safe operative environment.
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the surgical experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in General Surgery, Orthopedics, OBGYN, Robotics, Urology, Hand, and Podiatry.
• Strong adaptability, clinical judgment, and knowledge of surgical procedures and technology.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
