Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $53.60
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a busy ER setting
- Manage 5-10 patients daily, optimizing patient safety and care efficiency
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered treatment
- Follow protocols for trauma, cardiac, and critical care emergencies
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions
- Comply with all safety and regulatory standards
What You Need:
- Valid state-specific RN license in Texas
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (active)
- Experience working in ER environments, comfortable with Med Surg crossover
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
