What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in and phone customers
• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and business service needs
• Operate shipping systems, computers, copiers, printers, and point-of-sale systems
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting
• Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

• Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Print production, graphic design, Adobe, or copy/print experience is a plus
