National Business Sr. Manager - Bone Health

Remote Level 6 position supporting Amgen's bone health sales leadership. The National Business Senior Manager partners with executive leadership to drive sales execution through data analysis, field insights, and strategic recommendations aligned with brand priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand priorities into actionable field strategies in partnership with analytics teams
• Identify performance trends and geo-specific opportunities using data to guide regional and district managers
• Provide analytical support for local business opportunities, tactics development, and KPI monitoring
• Partner with sales planning and cross-functional teams to enhance analytics tools and reporting effectiveness
• Monitor pull-through progress and interpret geographic performance data to highlight brand opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years sales/marketing experience, or advanced degree with proportionally less experience
• 2 years managerial experience managing people or leading teams and projects
• 3+ years specialty sales leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Amgen analytics systems (Vision, Compass/Veeva)
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with ability to interpret market data
• Demonstrated coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Ability to understand and communicate clinical concepts and data insights
