HR & Payroll Assistant - Onboarding & Payroll Backup

Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a full-time HR team member to manage personnel records, government reporting, onboarding, and payroll backup. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality in handling employee files.
Excellent Excel skills are required; Paylocity experience is preferred but not required. The role includes background checks, entering new hires into Paylocity, onboarding coordination for each location, and payroll backup support.
