Leading the paid acquisition strategy for complex multi-channel client programs, the full-time Senior Growth Strategist will manage budget, targeting, and creative testing while working remotely to drive revenue and key metrics through data storytelling and coaching of junior team members. Key responsibilities Own paid-media strategy across complex client programs, connecting performance to broader account goals Build testing and optimization systems for scaling learnings across accounts or portfolios Serve as a senior strategic partner to clients, influencing stakeholders through data-driven insights Required qualifications 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing with ownership of budget and targeting Experience analyzing paid-media performance data to inform integrated strategy Proven ability to present to and influence senior or executive stakeholders Hands-on experience with major paid platforms and familiarity with testing platforms Demonstrated use of AI tools for data analysis and workflow development
