Regional Refrigerated

• $1,100–$1,750 weekly pay range

• $57,200–$91,700+ per year , based on region and experience

• $1,050–$1,350 weekly pay range

• $54,600–$83,500+ per year

• $1,200–$1,700 weekly pay range , depending on location and time out

• $62,400–$97,000+ per year , depending on location and time out

• Earn $1,350 per week

Additional Earning Opportunities

Depending on fleet and circumstances, drivers may qualify for additional compensation, including:

• Detention pay: Up to $160 per 24-hour period

• Inclement weather pay: Up to $150 per day

• Layover pay: Up to $150 per day on applicable fleets

• Dedicated stop pay: Up to $140 per day

• Driver referral bonuses: Up to $2,500 per referral with unlimited earning potential

Regional Dry Van: Enjoy consistent freight, predictable schedules, and drop-and-hook operations. Regional Dry Van opportunities are available across the Midwest, West, Southeast, and Texas.

Dedicated: Drivers looking for greater route consistency can take advantage of reliable schedules and dedicated freight. This fleet features 99% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations. Specific routes, pay, and home time vary by account and hiring location.

OTR: For drivers looking for broader running areas and strong earning potential, Marten's OTR fleet offers steady dry van and refrigerated freight with drop-and-hook opportunities designed to keep drivers moving.

CDL-A Driver Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• A current Interstate Class A CDL

• At least 4 months of recent CDL-A experience after completing training

• Ability to work and interact effectively with others

Marten's application materials further specify 4 months of OTR/Regional driving experience or 1 year of local driving experience after completing training . Students and drivers with less than the required experience do not qualify for these positions.
