Provide hands-on assistance by helping participants safely enter and exit the vehicle, securing wheelchairs and mobility devices, and ensuring a comfortable, compassionate ride. Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness, safety, and accurate transportation logs while promptly reporting maintenance needs or incidents. Support the transportation team by adapting routes as needed, following all traffic laws and safety regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to participants and caregivers. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Heart Saver AED obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Chauffeur preferred. Drivers License specializing in Commercial preferred. Education High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
