Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking an experienced, flexible, and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide per diem coverage across our two Tallahassee primary care offices. We are looking for a provider who is available a minimum of two days per week and can adapt to the coverage needs of the practice.

This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including preventive care, wellness visits, management of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, and care coordination. Providers will work collaboratively with an experienced clinical team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.

Schedule:

• Per Diem coverage
• Minimum availability of 2 days per week
• Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Coverage across two Tallahassee office locations

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Active Florida NP or PA license
• Current DEA registration
• Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care, family practice, or urgent care
• FNP certification (ANCC or AANP) for Nurse Practitioners
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
